Blessed by the Widows

Today we enjoyed the company of a special group of ladies for lunch. They sit behind us at our church, and often save us seats if we are running late! They blessed us with their life stories… several worked as Rosie Riveters during World War II at Kelly Air Force Base; another worked at Camp Stanley loading tracers; two were preacher’s wives; another ran a creamery with her husband; one typed serial numbers onto parachutes during the war; one was from Panama… they all share a great joy in the Lord and we are thankful God has brought them into our lives.
