Ice Age

Our chance for snow only gave us ice!
We are doing fine now. We are grateful for our wood stove which has given us heat and a place to warm water. Praise the Lord for the men who were finally able to fix the electricity in our neighborhood! After being out of power and running water for more than 12 hours, we are praising God for His goodness.

Most of our oak trees are touching the ground or near that. This one was too heavy.

    You know you guys, I MIGHT actually count this as “winter” if I didn’t look at these photographs and see so much GREEN still!
    So if it snows, you basically get the best of both worlds with snow on lovely trees.

    Those are great pictures! We may get below zero weather, but we never get ice like that. I enjoyed seeing what it looks like, after hearing about the ice storms the southern states have been having.
