Christmas Eve

Monday, December 25th, 2006

Last night we enjoyed time with John’s family in New Braunfels. It has become a tradition to have a big meal together, then attend their Candlelight Christmas Eve service. This year some friends joined us back at the house for cookies and cider.

Recital time!

Saturday, December 9th, 2006

This afternoon Jennifer and her 14 students had their December piano recital! It was a fun time of enjoying many pieces and Christmas music. Each played their best, and we are all glad to have it over!! At the end of the recital, the students surprised Jennifer with a beautiful bouquet of flowers. How very special!

a wedding shower

Saturday, December 2nd, 2006

Last night we were blessed to host a wedding shower for Jeff and Katie (Jeff and Josh are involved in the same young men’s Bible study). Katie is from South Africa, and they met each other while on a missions trip. It was a joy to get to know them better and we pray God’s blessings on their upcoming marriage!
