Lights downtown

Tuesday, November 28th, 2006

We went downtown Saturday to see the beautiful Christmas lights along the San Antonio River. This has been a family tradition for many years now, and this time we enjoyed having the fellowship of friends too!

Giving Thanks

Friday, November 24th, 2006

“O give thanks unto the LORD, for He is good, because His mercy endureth forever.” Psalm 118:1

This Thanksgiving day brought us together with John’s side of the family. We had a great time cooking, eating, and thanking God for His goodness in our lives.

Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin… seek ye first the kingdom of God, and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. ~Matthew 6:28, 33
